Been wanting to play with acetate cutouts for ages now and the umbrella man is perfect for a little scene like this. Again I used the Cherry Pie Arts stamp for the skyline and this time I used tissue paper rather than tissues. The tissue paper is a bit stronger (also shows a bit more) and much easier to work with when using the glossy medium. The tissues tend to tear very quickly, you cam't smooth them out as much.I added some words from the song "streets of london" and done.
