Stamptember @ Simon Says Stamp and Show

How cool, a whole month dedicated to stamping, not that I make an exception the rest of the year but you know, it's a good excuse to spend even more money on new stamps and boy have I been spending money in the past few weeks. I should save a little for the upcoming Ally Pally Show.

So I have been putting aside little bits for this printer tray for a while now. Everytime I made sth special or sth I just really liked I made a note for it to go in the tray.

I used some of my favourite stamps and photos, tried different techniques and inks and paints. But my favourite is the centerpiece, the photo f my mum. I just love it. I made it in the style of a card I made and that was published in the recent Stamper's Sampler. So it doesn't just remind me of my mum but also of my craft achievements. Double special!
There's pictures of my dad and my sister too, little sayings, a rusty birdcage, a bird Wendy style, grungblocks, a grungepaper rose etc. Lots to discover and a celebration of anything crafty, just right for Stamptember. So I am entering this into the Simon says Stamp and Show Challenge.

My new favourite stamp and a couple of challenges.....

I have spent a fortune on new stamps recently, well I kinda always do. But there is sooooo many I just love at the moment, but the face stamp from Stamp Francisco is my new favourite stamp I think. I stamped it a few times, cut it out and pushed it around the page and there is just so many ideas popping up in my head.... that's always a good sign.

The branch in the background is by Memory Box and also quickly becoming a favourite. I use it for all my backgrounds at the moment.

I made this one for the Artistic Stamper Challenge "Ladies and Girls" as well as the Stampsmith Challenge "Celebrating Mothers".

Some more Moleskine Notebooks.....

Here are a few more moleskine notebooks I stamped on. It's so quick and easy to transform these little notebooks. And they make perfect little gifts.

First up it's the "Emily" stamp from Stamp Francisco.

These two I really like as well, I have been playing a ot with the Men and flower stamps this weekend.

A handful of Moleskine Notebooks.....

As I am currently making lots of stock for the craft fair I have signed up to take part in, I went a little mad at decorating a bunch of Moleskine notebooks. I love these little Kraft coloured ones and if you use beautiful stamps like these from Paperbag Studios, Stamp Francisco and Tim Holtz, they can nothing but turn out great!

My two favourites are these though. The one on the left is a stamp by Paperbag Studios and the one on the right is a mix of stamps but the hand is from Stamp Francisco. I have recently bought a bunch of really cool stamps from them and I can't wait to play with them more. They are amazing!

The one on the right is being entered into the Creavil Challenge where the theme is "Clocks".
